Illinois State Board of Education
ISBE’s Technology and Engineering Education Division has helped to develop “Illinois PLTW Course Delivery Options for ISBE CTE Funding  and supports PLTW and other statewide technology education efforts

University of Illinois 
The University of Illinois became a PLTW National Affiliate University in 2005, offering STI sessions on its Chicago and Urbana-Champaign campuses, sponsoring statewide PLTW conference and professional development activities, coordinating program implementation and recordkeeping, and maintaining the statewide Illinois PLTW program website (www.pltw.uillinois.edu).

Bradley University
Bradley University College of Engineering and Technology became a University of Illinois Collaborating Partner in 2006.

Northern Illinois University
NIU College of Engineering and Engineering Technology became a University of Illinois Collaborating Partner in 2010.

PLTW STEM Implementation Fund
PLTW will accept PLTW STEM Implementation Fund (PSIF) Grant applications on a rolling basis; PLTW is building partnerships to seek funding to help new or expanding PLTW implementations. However, specific targeted funding for new Illinois schools may not be available at this time; however applications on file will be given consideration when funding becomes available.  For further directions on how to access the online application forms and other information, link here.

Illinois PLTW Advisory Committee
An advisory committee meets periodically to advise the Illinois PLTW leadership partners on program implementation and industry trend matters.
